Ingredients
1 can refrigerated buttermilk biscuit dough (non-flaky)
⅓ cup granulated sugar
1½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup unsalted butter
2 tablespoons Bee Friends Farm Vanilla Creamed Honey
¼ cup dark brown sugar

Preparation
Preheat oven to 350℉. Generously grease a standard 12-count muffin pan and set aside.
Open biscuits and cut each into quarters. Place the cut biscuits into a ziplock bag.
In a small mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Mix then pour into the ziplock bag. Close the top and shake vigorously to completely coat each biscuit piece.
Add the butter to a medium mixing bowl and melt in the microwave. Whisk in the honey and dark brown sugar. Keep whisking until fully combined and the color is uniform and the butter is no longer separated.
Take 4 biscuit pieces and add them to each muffin cup. Evenly pour the syrup mixture over each of the filled muffin cups.
Bake the monkey bread in the oven for 25-35 minutes, or until the tops are deep golden browned and caramelized.
Remove muffin pan from the oven and immediately invert the pan onto a cutting board or baking tray lined with parchment paper. The syrup mixture will be runny.
Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before eating. Enjoy!
